Here I'll try to answer some common questions about the way I work to save you time asking about it.
I generally use unscented grape-seed oil which is the least likely to cause any irritation. It is easily absorbed by the skin and won't leave you feeling sticky. I am not a trained aromatherapist, but I usually have some scented oils should you prefer that. If you have a problem with oils, please let me know and I can use talcum powder instead.
Always remember that this is your treatment, so give some thought to what you want out of it and let me know. I can find the muscular tensions, but since I am not a mindreader, it is always helpful to get some feedback during the session; don't be afraid to tell me if you want firmer or lighter pressure, or if you feel I'm spending too much or too little time on any particular area.
Often while receiving a massage it can be pleasant to just be quiet and commune with yourself, but if you feel like talking please feel free to bend my ear.
I generally have some music on while working, but if you prefer silence, just let me know.
What you wear during a treatment depends entirely on what you feel comfortable with; naturally I provide towels for your use, and I will always respect your personal level of modesty.
At present I charge £ 30 for a session lasting roughly about 70 minutes.
